I now hear of voices saying the shipment is found and nearby. This method of counting is BCD or Binary Coded Decimal to allow a count of 10 and repeat. This follows by 60 seconds clock timing with 6 repeats every 10 seconds. The clock has a LCD connection in the program and Microchip PIC 16F84A and will show the time. The clock can be made adjustable with a keypad or buttons to control the time and set the time.
