EngineeeringComputerWorks.com ComputerControlSystem is shown functioning with the clock counting upwards in binary 0 to binary 9 and repeating again. This method of counting is BCD or Binary Coded Decimal to allow a count of 10 and repeat. This follows by 60 seconds clock timing with 6 repeats every 10 seconds.
